Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born in Paris France to British parents Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson, both lawyers. When she was just five years old when she left for Oxfordshire and enrolled at her first Dragon School. Emma's ambition was to become an actor. When she was 6, she enrolled in the Oxford Stagecoach Theatre Arts branch and took lessons in acting, singing and dancing.
